We are seeking a motivated and organized Salon Coordinator to join our energetic team at Tonyc Square One . The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our salon, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our staff in delivering top-notch services. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for the beauty industry, and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcomed upon arrival.
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate services for clients using POS systems.
- Provide product demonstrations to clients and assist with upselling retail products.
- Supervise salon staff to ensure high standards of service and professionalism are maintained.
- Maintain an organized inventory by stocking products and managing merchandising displays.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues with excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Support retail sales initiatives by promoting products effectively to clients.




- Utilize basic math skills for cash register operations and retail math calculations.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a salon or retail environment is preferred, with a focus on customer service.
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities within a team setting.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and staff.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this will enhance client interactions.
- Ability to perform product demos confidently to promote sales.
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques to create appealing product displays in the salon.
