Halton Region is seeking a Change Management Specialist to support organizational change during SAP Transformation initiatives. You will assess stakeholder needs, improve readiness, and develop repeatable change processes focused on the people side of change.

You will oversee SAP Transformation training, coordinate with System Integrators and trainers, and ensure users understand technology changes. This role requires robust communication and collaboration across teams.
