SoHum Scent Bar is a handcrafted fragrance studio where guests explore, create, and connect through scent. We offer a curated collection of candles, perfumes, and home fragrance goods and host immersive scent-bar experiences that turn shopping into meaningful moments.

We’re seeking a people-first, sales-driven team member who loves connecting with others, sharing stories about products, and helping guests discover their perfect fragrance.

What You’ll Do

Customer Engagement & Sales

- Greet and welcome customers with a warm, attentive presence
- Actively engage guests to understand their tastes and needs
- Share product knowledge and make suggestions that drive sales and delight guests
- Process transactions, handle POS, and support order pickups

Retail Presentation & Support

- Keep the shop beautifully merchandised and stocked
- Assist with inventory and basic store housekeeping
- Be a brand ambassador for SoHum – present, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about fragrance

Scent Bar Experiences

- Lead and host candle-making and perfume-blending experiences with confidence
- Set up and reset spaces for bookings and events
- Guide guests through sensory journeys that feel personal, relaxed, and memorable

What We’re Looking For





- Friendly and engaging communicator with a joy for sales and customer interaction
- Service-oriented and able to tailor recommendations to individual guests
- Comfortable working in a boutique retail setting
- Experience with retail, POS systems, hospitality, or events is a plus but not required
- Ability to work scheduled shifts including weekends and some evenings

Pay & Schedule

- Starting at $18.50 (plus tips and commission)
