JOB OVERVIEW:

Our Scheduler is responsible for managing, booking, and confirming chick orders, egg projections, and providing customer service to producers. They ensure the completion of daily tasks while working to follow all hatchery protocols and standard operating procedures. This role will communicate with internal and external customers, partners, and organizations.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

- Ensures Accurate input of scheduling, data, and outgoing chick orders, Confirmations, chicks/floor splits, completion of data in OBHECC etc.
- Planning short and long term egg flow
- Source and communicate with potential recent customers
- Enter production results to determine future hatch predictions

- Managing Egg inventory

- TRQ management/ordering




- Hatch analyses, to predict yield of chicks
- Flock analyses, monitor 7 day mortality

- Preparing sets accurately
- Manage sale of surplus chicks

- Producer Customer Service

- Month end inventory
- Review chick shortages and recommend credits
- Collect flock data from Producers
- Communicate with all industry partners

Other duties as assigned by VP of Operations. Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
