Construct, the Scheduling Manager (Internal Title: Scheduling IV) plays a critical role within the Integrated Program Delivery Team (IPDT). With a focus on large-scale capital projects, this position requires at least 12 years of planning and scheduling experience.

Key responsibilities include managing IPD Best Practices, supporting contract management, and driving improvements across program delivery processes. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver best practice contract management for projects
- Engage key stakeholders in contract transformation
- Review and update planning processes
- Manage scheduling tools for program efficiency
- Support risk management and stakeholder engagement Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years in planning and scheduling
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Certifications such as PMP or PMI-SP
- Expertise in Oracle Primavera P6 preferred
- Strong analytical and collaborative skills Lead the evolution of project delivery with advanced scheduling strategies and unique program insights.
