As a Seasonal Customer Consultant, you'll be the face of our brand, helping customers discover products they love while delivering exceptional service in a fun and fast-paced retail environment. We're hiring temporary Customer Consultants from October through January, with the possibility of future opportunities after the season ends.

Whether you're looking for your first retail opportunity or bringing previous customer service experience, we'll provide the tools, training, and support you need to succeed.

What You'll Do As a Seasonal Customer Consultant, you'll play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting day-to-day store operations.

- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating genuine connections with customers




- Engage customers in meaningful conversations and recommend products based on their individual needs
- Support the Store Management team in achieving sales and performance goals
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming shopping experience for every customer
- Maintain the visual presentation of the store, ensuring displays are organized, clean, and well stocked
- Assist with replenishment, merchandising, inventory tasks, and general store maintenance
- Stay informed on product knowledge, promotions, campaigns, and store initiatives
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals
- Bring positivity, energy, and holiday spirit to every shift

What We're Looking For

- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is an asset
- A passion for customer service and the beauty industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence engaging with customers and making product recommendations
- A team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Robust work ethic and ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and peak holiday periods

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move products up to 25 lbs.
- Frequent reaching, bending, crouching, and movement throughout the store
