The holiday season is just around the corner, and we’re looking for enthusiastic full-time and part-time Sales Associates to join our Adore Alma hut at the festive Vancouver Christmas Market!

Full- and part-time positions available.

Start date November 16 till December 24

Hourly compensation of $22

The ideal candidate has strong customer service and product organization skills, can work solo or in a team, enjoys working with women’s accessories, is comfortable working in a semi-outdoor location, and has a good eye for visual presentation.

Working setting

This is a semi-open traditional market hut. The space can be cold during the winter, so candidates must be comfortable working on feet and dressing warmly for colder tempertures.

About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you’ll work closely with our Sales Supervisor to provide outstanding customer service while keeping our market hut beautifully presented and organized throughout the busy holiday season.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. Join us in bringing warmth, style, and holiday cheer to the Vancouver Christmas Market!

Duties





- Greet and engage with customers warmly, assisting them to look for the perfect holiday gift or peronal accessories.
- Assist with sales transactions, upselling, and ensuring smooth checkout experiences.
- Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising displays, and stock organization.
- Support inventory counts, restocking, and product presentation.
- Collaborate with the team and contribute to daily sales goals.
- Help implement promotions, events, and visual merchandising updates.

What we're looking for:

- Preferred experience in retail or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Positive, approachable, and proactive attitude.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak season.
- Comfortable working in an open-air shopping environment (exposed to seasonal weather).
