Johnson Controls Security Products is seeking a highly motivated Area Sales Manager for the Commercial Security brandsExacq, Kantech and Illustrain Western Canada. Create and execute strategies to strengthen Johnson Controls’ relationships with Dealers, Distributors, Specifiers / A&E;’s and 3rd party technology partners throughout Western Canada Management and reporting of all sales activities, pipeline and forecasting. Provide timely and accurate information relative to sales performance and market conditions Represent Johnson Controls Security Products at all industry regional events and tradeshows Collaborate with sales and functional leadership as needed. 5+ years of experience with sales success within the commercial Security Product industry, which includes Access Control and/or Video Surveillance solutions and technology ~ Bachelor's degree preferred ~ Demonstrated success in sales channel management including distribution ~ Ability to manage existing and forge new strategic relationships with executive-level stakeholders across the region ~ 50% travel expectation throughout Western Canada,
