Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Security Guard specializing in construction site protection! Using your keen observation skills and technical expertise, you'll monitor the site through surveillance systems and conduct regular patrols to uphold safety standards. Duties

- Monitor and control access points to prevent unauthorized entry by verifying credentials of workers, visitors, and contractors
- Conduct regular patrols around the construction site to identify potential security breaches or safety hazards
- Operate and oversee surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras to observe activity across the site continuously
- Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies by following established protocols and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, visitor entries, and security checks for record-keeping and reporting purposes




- Implement loss prevention strategies by observing suspicious behavior and preventing theft or vandalism of equipment and materials
- Enforce site safety policies and ensure compliance with legal regulations related to construction site security

Experience

- Prior experience in law enforcement, security services, or related fields is highly desirable
- Familiarity with surveillance systems, CCTV operation, and monitoring techniques is essential
- Knowledge of loss prevention methods within construction or industrial environments is a plus
- Strong observational skills with the ability to detect suspicious activity quickly and accurately
- Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations with calmness and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and coordinating with team members or authorities
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods throughout the shift
