We have business operations in 45 markets and capabilities spanning from guarding to tech-enables security. We provide Integrated Guarding, Remote Guarding, Mobile Guarding, Onsite Guarding, Investigative Services and Technology Services. This position is for an active permanent vacancy.

Shift timings: Perform access control provision duties at the front desk, verifying visitors and contractors coming on-site. Demonstrate the ability and willingness to interact confidently with members of the public, employees, contractors, and visitors while maintaining a skilled and customer-service-oriented approach. Respond to unauthorized access, loitering, disruptive behavior, and other security concerns by enforcing site rules and Trespass to Property procedures, utilizing sound judgment, de-escalation techniques, and established security protocols.

Respond to parking operation complaints and emergency situations. Direct and control traffic ensuring safety of client employees and visitors. Provide support for special enforcement initiatives dealing with matters such as Accessible Parking,



Fire Routes, etc.

Escort medical staff including paramedics, police and firefighters when required. Respond to medical, security and fire related emergencies, and be prepared to perform CPR and AED if needed. Follow security breach procedures by notifying supervisors or other appropriate personnel when security breaches occur.

Monitor CCTV footage and cameras for irregularities and perform dispatch duties for the site including emergency response. Perform foot and mobile patrols inside and outside the facility.

Valid Ontario Security

License. Thorough understanding of security protocols and procedures including emergency response.

Previous

Security in Manufacturing facilities is desirable Previous Customer Service Experience Experience in dealing with Emergency Situations Tech savvy with experience monitoring CCTV cameras and using 2-way radios. Previous experience with parking enforcement at the airport is a strong asset.
