- Currently hiring experienced Security Guards for a site in Halifax. Availability: Must be available full time ( as the schedules are based on day, evenings and nights)

Position Summary

- Maintain a safe and secure workplace for staff, visitors, and property
- Monitor premises using surveillance systems and conduct regular patrols
- Respond to incidents and emergencies with professionalism and vigilance
- Report directly to the Patrol Supervisor and Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure site safety and security
- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, including providing first aid when required
- Enforce site rules and regulations to prevent loss or damage
- Collaborate with law enforcement as needed
- Maintain accurate daily logs and incident reports

Requirements

- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Minimum Grade 12 education
- Clean criminal record




- Valid First Aid Certification (must be completed through in-person training)
- Available on weekends
- Must currently reside in the Halifax Regional Municipality
