QUALIFICATIONS: Education

- Diploma in Business Administration/Accounting Experience:
- Three years’ previous relevant experience in a comparable accounting setting Skills:




- Good analytical skills - Strong computer skills, with intermediate-level ability in using Microsoft Excel and Word - Ability to quickly and thoroughly learn new systems, in order to be able to assist in their implementation and to provide training and support to other staff - Good judgment and problem solving skills - Ability to anticipate risk - Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing - Excellent interpersonal skills, required to attend to complaints and concerns, and to establish rapport with other staff and outside parties - Ability to meet strict deadlines, and work proactively with little supervision - Strong time-management and project-management skills - Accuracy of fine motor movements for typing/data entry - Very high level of attention to detail - Highly motivated and energetic - Knowledge of culturally responsive care for First Nations and Métis people.
