- Investigate unusual activity end to end.

- Support internal testing, the two-year compliance effectiveness review cycle, and the remediation items arising from them.
- Support banking partner and regulator information requests with accurate, sourced answers.
UNDERWRITING SUPPORT
- Extend into some merchant underwriting activities alongside the onboarding team as capacity allows, easing the concentration risk
- Work with the underwriting owner to share workload during peak onboarding periods, building toward broader underwriting coverage over time.
AUTOMATION AND AI
- Bring in depth knowledge of risk and fraud systems, and a genuine interest in how to get more out of them.
- Use AI tools hands on to speed up and improve the quality of AML and risk work, from case narratives to control testing.
- Proactively identify where automation can reduce manual review time without weakening control quality.
MERCHANT SUPPORT
- Extend, where needed, into merchant facing support work adjacent to AML and risk, including AML refreshes, investigations into accounts, and more complex support questions.
- Work directly with merchants and with vendors to investigate issues and improve process flow.
- Partner with the support and operations teams so complex,
risk adjacent tickets are resolved by someone with the right expertise on hand.
