We’re looking for experienced, motivated barbers who want to build a solid clientele and grow with a busy, established shop.

-$4,000–$8,000+ potential monthly income

STRAIGHT 8 BARBERS — KAMLOOPS & VERNON

Responsibilities

- Provide professional hair cutting, styling, coloring, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by listening carefully to client needs and offering expert advice.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized work area and shop in compliance with health and safety standards.




- Upsell retail products such as hair care items to enhance client results and increase sales.
- Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client check-in, and payment processing.
- Communicate clearly with clients about their desired styles and provide aftercare recommendations.
- Stay current with industry trends and techniques through ongoing education and training.

Requirements

- Proven experience in hair styling, barbering, or related cosmetology fields.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards within a salon environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively understand client needs and promote services.
- Ability to upsell retail products naturally during client interactions.
- Basic proficiency in retail sales, front desk operations, and appointment management.
