Must Haves

- 8+ years in Business Analysis supporting complex project delivery initiatives
- Advanced knowledge of project delivery practices and standards across the project lifecycle
- Proven delivery of requirements management for large, complex, multi-stakeholder programs
- Experience with PDLC , Iterative,



and Agile project disciplines
- Bachelor’s degree

Nice to Have

- Prior experience in Agile requirements delivery
- Prior experience in a financial institution
- Payments-focused project experience
- BA accreditation

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end business requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify and manage requirement risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints
- Contribute to change management deliverables including stakeholder analysis, gap analysis, and change planning
- Apply business analysis tools and techniques to solicit requirements and align to Enterprise Payments needs
- Collaborate with technology partners on system requirements and design alignment
- Support quality assurance activities including test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios
- Participate in assessment and resolution of testing defects
