This role will report to the SVP & Chief Information Officer, ensuring operational continuity and enabling digital transformation. You will define the infrastructure roadmap, manage crisis responses, and drive cloud adoption, thereby supporting a high-quality technology experience for employees. Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute infrastructure and telecommunications strategies
- Ensure performance and security of Agropur’s technology services




- Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Manage vendor performance, contracts, and budgets
- Develop high-performing technical leadership teams Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 15+ years in IT leadership roles and progressive experience
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms and hybrid infrastructure
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles
