We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of a prominent car dealership. Responsibilities

- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to inform pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Lead negotiations with lenders, suppliers, and financial institutions to secure favorable terms for vehicle financing and insurance products.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to financial services offered at the dealership.
- Collaborate with sales teams to enhance customer financing experiences through transparent communication and tailored solutions.
- Monitor key financial metrics regularly, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions promptly.




- Provide mentorship and guidance to finance staff, fostering a high-performance team dedicated to excellent customer service.

Experience

- Proven experience in financial services within the automotive or dealership industry is essential.
- Demonstrated success in managing dealership finances, including sales finance, leasing, and insurance products.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing advantageous agreements with lenders and partners.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
- Solid understanding of sales processes, math proficiency for accurate financial analysis, and attention to detail.
- Prior experience working in a dealership setting is highly preferred; familiarity with automotive industry standards is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field; advanced certifications are advantageous.
- Must have VSA Licence
