Equilibrium is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer focused on Tailings & Mine Waste to lead complex projects and mentor junior staff. You will work with multidisciplinary teams, manage investigations, designs, and risk assessments, and engage with clients across mine sites. The role offers versatile hybrid/remote arrangements within Canada. You will contribute to technical excellence, support field operations, and uphold safety and quality standards while growing the Mine Waste practice at
