- Champion and evolve the employee experience , reinforcing a culture of engagement, ownership, and performance
- Act as a change leader , guiding teams through transformation with clarity and consistency
- Lead, coach, and inspire the Employee Success team to deliver high-quality, aligned HR initiatives




- Drive HR excellence through innovation, data, and continuous improvement
- Ensure strong governance across total rewards, employee relations, compliance, and health & safety
- Position HR as a true business lever , supported by metrics and insights. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Over 10 years of progressive HR experience , including strategic leadership at an executive level
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior leadership
- Excellent knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Bilingualism (French & English, spoken and written)
- A sharp understanding of emerging HR trends and organizational dynamics. You’ll help build an environment where performance and well-being go hand in hand
