Senior / Principal Implementation Consultant | Remote Canada

We're partnering with a profitable and growing global SaaS company looking to hire a Senior / Principal Implementation Consultant to join its customer-facing team.

The role sits at the intersection of implementation, customer success and technical consulting, with a strong focus on customer relationships, process optimisation and delivering long-term value.

What you'll be doing:

- Leading complex, end-to-end customer implementations, taking ownership from discovery through to go-live and beyond.
- Acting as a senior point of contact for customers, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Leading requirements gathering, process analysis and solution design to deliver tailored customer solutions.
- Configuring platforms and designing workflows to align with customer business requirements.
- Managing implementation risks, timelines, stakeholder expectations and project delivery.
- Driving customer adoption, ensuring clients maximise the value of the platform.
- Working closely with Customer Success, Product,



Engineering and Sales teams to resolve challenges and improve customer outcomes.

Requirements:

- 6+ years of experience within SaaS or software implementation, with experience operating at a senior or principal level.
- Proven experience leading complex, end-to-end software implementations.
- Strong technical understanding of software configuration, workflows and integrations.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders and building strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and project management skills.
- Ability to lead customer engagements independently, manage competing priorities and take ownership of delivery.

Package:

- $115K base + bonus + Benefits
- Fully remote, based in Ontario, Alberta or British Columbia
