Job Title: Senior IVR Developer (Amazon Connect)

Must haves:

- 5+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years of hands-on IVR development
- Amazon Connect experience in enterprise environments
- Experience delivering CCaaS / Contact Centre Transformation projects
- AWS skills: Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, IAM, CloudWatch, EventBridge, SNS, SQS
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, Java, or JavaScript
- Solid integration knowledge: REST, JSON, OAuth, JWT
- Agile delivery experience

Nice to have:

- Financial services or banking background
- Amazon Lex, Conversational AI, or Agentic AI experience
- AWS certifications
