Neo Financial in Calgary, AB is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel to support corporate, regulatory, employment and privacy matters. You will draft and negotiate complex agreements, manage risk, and collaborate with product and business teams in a fast-paced fintech workplace.

The role requires a law degree, legal designation in Alberta, and 10+ years of relevant experience, with preference for banking/fintech sector expertise and in-house experience. Equity ownership is part of the rewards.
