Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items with precision, consistency, and creativity, adhering to established recipes and standards
- Support our Head Chef and Sous Chef to lead the line during service hours, coordinating with team members to ensure timely delivery of dishes
- Oversee food handling procedures to maintain safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations
- Assist in food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients to streamline kitchen operations
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to ensure smooth kitchen workflow




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including equipment sanitation and proper storage of ingredients
- Support training and mentoring of junior kitchen staff to foster skill development and teamwork

Experience

- Proven food service experience in a quick-paced restaurant or culinary environment, ideally in a supervisory or senior role
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with food safety standards, proper food handling procedures, and sanitation practices
- Experience in serving customers directly or managing meal service operations is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous restaurant experience that highlights leadership qualities and collaborative spirit

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
