Description

Photonic is seeking a highly organized, analytical and execution-focused professional to manage critical strategic initiatives across the company. Reporting to the CFO and working closely with senior executives the Senior Manager, Special Project will bring structure to complex projects, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and maintain momentum against demanding timelines. This is a hands-on role for a self-starter who is comfortable operating independently, influencing without formal authority and moving fluidly between strategic analysis and detailed execution.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO

- Lead complex, cross-functional programs that shape the future direction and growth of the business.

- Drive execution across the executive and multiple stakeholders, ensuring priorities are translated into measurable outcomes.

- Provide the structure, analysis, frameworks, and operational rigor required to move critical initiatives forward.

- Prepare executive communications, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership.

- Lead internal teams and external partners through complex workstreams, ensuring strategic projects remain aligned, resourced, and on track.

- Identify emerging risks and opportunities, develop solutions, and support timely decision-making.

WHAT YOU BRING TO OUR TEAM

- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred.

- 8+ years of relevant professional experience, with a background in management consulting, investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate strategy,



corporate finance or business transformation.

- Demonstrated success managing complex projects with multiple senior stakeholders.

- Exceptional organization, judgement, attention to detail and follow-through.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written communication and presentation skills.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and use of AI.

- Ability to work independently, handle confidential information and deliver high-quality work under pressure.

- Flexibility to support critical business deadlines, including extended hours when required.

- Experience within private equity-backed organizations, high-growth companies, or multi-business unit enterprises strongly preferred.
