Evolution Mining seeks a Senior Advisor – People & Culture to provide expert HR support at its Red Lake site in Northwestern Ontario. The role focuses on delivering high-quality HR services and leading P&C; initiatives across the operation.

You will coordinate recruitment, performance management, payroll coordination, and policy development within a busy mining setting, reporting to site leadership. A college HR diploma is required or desirable.
