TransUnion's Job Applicant Privacy Notice Team Overview As an Advisor, Project Management, you will lead and support strategic initiatives that drive business growth, operational excellence, customer value, and regulatory compliance. Thriving in situations where direction is not immediately clear, you will bring clarity and focus to complex challenges by aligning stakeholders around common objectives and enabling informed decision-making. In doing so, you will play a key role in translating complex business challenges into actionable plans and successful outcomes.

Beyond project delivery, you will drive organizational effectiveness by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, strengthen governance, enhance cross-functional collaboration, mitigate enterprise risk, and improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of how work is executed across the organization. Lead strategic business and technology initiatives from initiation through implementation. Develop and maintain project plans, governance materials, executive reporting, risk registers, issue logs, and project documentation.

Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and change impacts. Monitor project performance and recommend corrective actions to achieve delivery objectives. Support portfolio planning, prioritization, governance, intake, and benefits realization activities.

Identify recurring project, program, and enterprise-level risks and collaborate with stakeholders to address underlying root causes.



Champion continuous improvement initiatives that improve delivery effectiveness, governance, operational efficiency, customer outcomes, and employee experience. Leverage data, automation, AI-enabled tools, and emerging technologies to enhance planning, reporting, risk identification, issue management, and productivity.

Contribute to the evolution of project management practices, methodologies, governance processes, standards, templates, and ways of working. 8+ years of experience leading complex business, technology, transformation, or operational initiatives in cross-functional environments. ~ Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, establish direction, and create clarity in dynamic and evolving environments. ~ Exceptional relationship-building, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. ~ Experience managing project governance, executive communications, risk management, issue resolution, and organizational change. ~ Strong business acumen with the ability to connect project activities to strategic objectives and measurable business outcomes. ~ A continuous improvement mindset, with a passion for improving processes, reducing delivery friction, and enhancing organizational effectiveness.



~ Experience identifying recurring project, program, or enterprise-wide challenges and driving sustainable solutions. ~ Curiosity and willingness to leverage data, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve planning, reporting, decision making, delivery effectiveness, and team productivity. ~ Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies. ~ PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, Lean, Change Management, or related certifications are considered assets.
