We're an established, unionized BC heavy civil contractor. We build infrastructure for public agencies and major private developers, on sites across the Lower Mainland and throughout the province. We're growing, many of our people have been with us for years, and we promote from within wherever we can. Safety and environmental performance come first on every site. We're adding a Senior PM to take ownership of our larger, more complex projects.

Responsibilities

- Manage projects from award through closeout: budget, schedule, contract administration and client relationships
- Own cost forecasting, progress billing, changes and claims
- Lead meetings with owners, consultants and public agencies

- Manage subcontracts and procurement
- Work with the superintendent to keep field execution aligned with the plan
- Mentor intermediate PMs and project coordinators

Qualifications

- 10+ years of heavy civil experience, including delivering $10M+ projects at the PM level




- Strong contract administration skills with MMCD/CCDC and public-sector contracts
- A record of protecting margin and resolving changes and disputes
- Proficient with HCSS, Procore, MS Project or similar
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- P.Eng, PMP or Gold Seal is an asset

This is a confidential search. Pay: $145,000.00-$185,000.00 per year
