Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior Recruiter to join our staffing agency. In this high-impact role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment strategies to source, screen, and place top-tier talent across client accounts.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced employment agency environment, possesses strong candidate-sourcing capabilities, and has a proven track record of meeting fill rates and driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities1. Full-Cycle Recruitment & Sourcing

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for temporary, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions across diverse industry verticals.
- Build proactive candidate pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and referral networks).
- Screen candidates, conduct rigorous interviews, and evaluate qualifications, cultural fit, and technical skills against job requirements.

2. Client Account Management & Engagement

- Partner closely with account managers and client stakeholders to understand hiring needs, job specifications, and workplace environments.
- Pitch qualified candidates to clients, prepare submission profiles, and schedule/coordinate interview loops.
- Manage job offer negotiations, counteroffers, start date coordination, and client post-placement feedback.

3. Pipeline & Database Management

- Maintain clean candidate records, pipeline metrics,



and placement notes within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS/CRM).
- Re-engage passive candidate pools and maintain warm relationships for recurring role openings.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, submit-to-interview ratios, placement velocity).

4. Compliance & Onboarding

- Coordinate candidate pre-employment steps, including background checks, reference verifications, and compliance paperwork.
- Partner with internal operations to ensure smooth onboarding and first-day orientation for placed workers.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within an employment agency or third-party staffing firm (Required).
- Track Record: Proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding placement quotas and revenue benchmarks.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise with ATS/CRM platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Avionté, JobDiva), LinkedIn Recruiter, and various talent acquisition tools.
- Communication: Exceptional phone, written, and interpersonal communication skills with a solid client-facing presence.
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
