LanceSoft in Mississauga, Ontario, is seeking a Senior RF Engineer to support planning, design, compliance, and delivery of Radio Access Network solutions. You will contribute across the RF lifecycle, from capacity analysis to Final Cell Design and safety code compliance, with specialization options in RF Planning, RF Design, or SC6. Onsite in Mississauga, with competitive hourly compensation.

Required: 5+ years in RF planning/design, LTE/5G NR knowledge, and robust technical writing.
