About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team remotely. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their unique business requirements and translate these needs into effective technical solutions within the Salesforce platform. Your expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and other Salesforce technologies will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying customized applications that enhance business processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, consultants, and other developers, to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with best practices and industry standards.

This position offers the flexibility of remote work within Canada, with opportunities to engage in high-impact projects for some of the most prominent companies in the technology and finance sectors. Qualifications

Required

- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds, with at least 3 years dedicated to Lightning Web Components development.
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, designing,



developing, testing, and documenting Salesforce solutions.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git, along with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong proficiency in creating Apex classes, Triggers, and utilizing APIs for integrations.
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce object model, SOQL, and SOSL queries.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada, with valid proof of citizenship or visa.

Preferred

- Bilingual proficiency in English and French (verbal and written).
- Certifications such as PD2, JavaScript Developer I, or System Architect are advantageous.
- Experience in data migration from legacy systems into Salesforce.
- Knowledge of MuleSoft integration platform.
- Experience with third-party application integrations, including ERPs.
- Familiarity with AngularJS, jQuery, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience deploying applications to the Salesforce AppExchange.

Responsibilities

- Develop and enhance Salesforce applications utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow to meet client specifications.
- Collaborate with team members, including architects and consultants, to implement best practices in Salesforce development.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and optimize application performance.
- Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and educate clients on Salesforce functionalities to maximize their platform utilization.
- Participate actively in client meetings, communicating project status, technical solutions, and best practice recommendations.




- Continuously seek process improvements for delivering Salesforce solutions efficiently and effectively.
- Assist in configuring and customizing Salesforce environments to align with client needs.
- Contribute to documentation, testing, and deployment activities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to bring innovative solutions to clients.
