Senior ServiceNow Administrator – ITSM & CSM

Location: Montreal, QC – Hybrid, 2 days onsite per week

Contract: ASAP to December 31, 2026, with potential 12-month extension

Hours: 35 hours/week

Language: French required – French and English resume required

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Administrator with strong hands-on experience supporting and administering ServiceNow ITSM and CSM .

Key Requirements

- 7+ years of relevant IT experience
- Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow administration experience , specifically with ITSM and CSM
- Solid ServiceNow configuration, development and customization experience
- Experience with workflows, service portals, service catalogues, client scripts and business rules
- Experience maintaining ServiceNow environments, upgrades, testing and release management
- Ability to understand integrations with systems such as SAP and OpenText
- Strong troubleshooting and user support skills
- Comfortable working with multidisciplinary technical and business teams




- Fluent French required

Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform across multiple environments
- Configure, develop and customize ServiceNow based on business requirements
- Support and enhance ITSM and CSM functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues for users
- Manage upgrades, testing, changes and releases
- Develop dashboards, metrics and reports
- Coach and support internal resources on ServiceNow functionality, particularly CSM
- Participate in client meetings to understand business requirements and process impacts
- Create technical documentation, user guides, procedures and work instructions
- Support internal/external audits and ensure documentation follows best practices
- Collaborate with technical and business teams on ServiceNow solutions and improvements
