Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Deliver Exceptional Service: Greet guests warmly, explain the AYCE menu/ordering process, and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit.
- Manage High-Volume Orders: Take accurate food and beverage orders across multiple rounds using POS systems, ensuring quick and correct processing.
- Maintain Table Flow: Serve fresh meats and other orders promptly while keeping tables clean by efficiently clearing empty plates and side bowls to maximize grilling space.
- Turn Tables Efficiently: Clear, sanitize, and reset tables quickly to ensure minimum wait times for incoming guests during busy rush hours.
- Handle Transactions: Manage cash and digital payments accurately using the front-of-house cashier system.
- Team Collaboration:



Support the kitchen staff by restocking side stations, assisting with basic food prep, and ensuring seamless front-of-house communication.
- Upsell & Enhance: Recommend premium cuts, specialty beverages, and appetizers to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.

Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in a fast-paced restaurant, food service, or high-volume hospitality environment.
- Speed & Multitasking: Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables simultaneously during peak weekend dining rushes.
- Food Safety: Strong knowledge of secure food handling, hygiene, and sanitation practices. (Valid Manitoba Food Handler Certificate is an asset).
- Communication: Fluent communication skills to interact dynamically with guests and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
- Basics: Strong basic math skills for processing bills and the physical stamina to stay moving in a high-energy environment.

Pay: From $16.40 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 – 35.0 per week
