We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and restocking supplies as needed
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process orders and handle payments
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations regarding alcohol service




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to guests at the bar
- Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and beverage pairings
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
- Exceptional hospitality skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Familiarity with food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
