Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Cluster POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation quality and proper handling
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including food handling and preparation areas
- Assist with food prep when necessary, supporting kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and restaurant policies at all times




- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and creating a welcoming atmosphere

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a strong focus on customer service
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Cluster POS, for order processing and cashiering
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety standards within the food industry
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Basic math skills for accurate bill calculation, cash handling, and transaction management
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required
- Demonstrated hospitality mindset with a passion for guest satisfaction
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and revenue
