Duties

- Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with safety standards and recipes.
- Serve food promptly and ensure proper presentation while maintaining cleanliness of tables and work areas.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities, including processing payments accurately and giving correct change.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage offerings to assist guests effectively.
- Uphold food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices.




- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, address concerns promptly, and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred; bartending or serving experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and cashiering tasks.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or drink orders efficiently during busy hours.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and inventory management.
- Food service experience demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and teamwork skills.
