Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and safety guidelines
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring adherence to alcohol service regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and ensure smooth service flow




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high-quality customer service

Experience

- Previous restaurant experience as a server or bartender is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for billing, tips, and change accurately
- Experience in the food industry demonstrating reliable time management and multitasking skills
- Hospitality background that emphasizes creating welcoming environments and memorable guest interactions
