Job Summary

We're a family run restaurant looking to hire a server who also has experience serving alcohol

Responsibilities

- Take orders accurately using our POS system through a tablet, and writing takeout orders with pen and paper.
- Serve food and beverages.
- Provide attentive customer service, addressing guest needs and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Restock supplies as needed, including glassware, utensils, and beverages.
- Handle cash register operations with basic math skills for accurate billing and change management.
- Wash dishes during less busy hours.

Pay is minimum wage ($17.95) plus pooled tips. Hours are mainly weekend evenings, part time.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Are you willing to wash dishes and clean things during less busy times?
- Are you available to work from 5pm - closing (around 9-9:30) on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays? (This is mostly a weekend position!!!)

Experience:
- Food service: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- Smart Serve (required)
