Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality food and beverage service. We are looking for someone who is able to work weekends and weekdays as well as openings.

Responsibilities

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders while providing recommendations for upselling items.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests' tables.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any needs or concerns promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed.
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as required, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely order fulfillment.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with food service standards.

Skills

- Background in hospitality with excellent guest service skills.
- Experience in restaurant settings is an asset, with knowledge of food service operations.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal, to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others, contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere.
- Smart Serve Certificate must be completed
