Job Summary

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience

- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale)

- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities

- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including food handling and food safety compliance

- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high service standards





- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience

Experience

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is required

- Familiarity with POS systems such as RANGERS POS or similar technology is a plus

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a rapid-paced environment

- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations within the food industry

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude

- Basic math skills for cashiering, bill splitting, and accurate cash handling.

Pay: $18.25 per hour
