We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and team-oriented Server / Busser to join our restaurant team on a full-time basis.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-pressure restaurant environment, has a positive attitude, and is willing to work closely with other team members to provide excellent service to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and drinks to tables
- Clear and reset tables promptly
- Assist servers and other team members during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Respond to guest requests in a professional and courteous manner
- Follow restaurant procedures and food safety standards
- Perform other duties as required to support the restaurant team
Requirements
- Full-time availability is required
- Flexible availability for different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous restaurant experience is an asset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to stand and move for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks when required
- Customer-service oriented and skilled
- Ability to multitask and remain calm during busy periods
