Frankie's Italian is a made-from-scratch Italian kitchen and bar at 765 Beatty Street, one block from Stadium–Chinatown SkyTrain and steps from BC Place and Rogers Arena. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, and on event nights we're one of the busiest rooms in the city.

Pay: $18.25 an hour plus tips (averaging $30-$40 an hour over the last 8 weeks)

What you'll do

- Greet every table within a minute of seating, and use guests' names.
- Guide guests through the menu and the wine list, and suggest dishes you can speak about like you cooked them.
- Ask about allergies at every table, every time.
- Ring orders by seat number and check them before you send.
- Run food and support the whole floor,



not just your section.
- Help with room service and catering orders when they come in.

What you need

- 1 year or more serving in a full-service restaurant. If you have less but you're strong in hospitality, apply and tell us why.
- Serving It Right certification, or a plan to get it before your first shift.
- Availability for evenings and weekends, including event nights.
- The legal right to work in Canada.
