Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, food preparation zones, and service stations
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Manage guest inquiries or concerns professionally,

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a welcoming attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cashiering, billing, and order accuracy
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is beneficial but not required
- Demonstrated hospitality mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction
