Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting guests with their dining experience to promote customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm

- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS

- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards

- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities

- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering tasks

- Ensure timely delivery of orders, coordinate with kitchen staff, and monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit

- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with food safety regulations

- Assist in setting up dining areas and preparing for service shifts as needed

- Handle guest inquiries professionally,



providing excellent guest services in a hospitality-focused environment

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided

- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus

- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours

- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures

- Basic math skills for cashiering and billing purposes

- Experience in food industry roles including serving, food preparation, or kitchen experience is advantageous

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to upsell menu items effectively

- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
