Duties

- Greet customers warmly, listen carefully to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document their needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process, providing updates and explanations in a clear, friendly manner.
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, ensuring timely completion of services while maintaining high quality standards.
- Recommend additional maintenance or repair services based on mechanical knowledge and dealership offerings, upselling where appropriate.
- Handle all cash transactions accurately, process payments efficiently, and maintain detailed records of service orders.
- Manage appointment scheduling to optimize workflow and customer convenience.




- Ensure all service documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with dealership policies.
- Find parts required to do the job for the customer

Experience

- Previous dealership experience is highly preferred, providing familiarity with automotive sales processes and service operations.
- Hands-on mechanic experience or mechanical knowledge is essential to effectively communicate technical information to customers.
- Proven customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that builds trust and loyalty.
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques to promote additional services confidently.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail in record keeping.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
