MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Providing superior customer service throughout the service process

· Building and maintaining customer relationships

· Handling customer concerns and ensuring complete customer satisfaction

· Working with our team to develop collaborative relationships throughout the dealership

REQUIREMENTS

· The ability to communicate clearly and positively with customers and team members alike through excellent verbal, written and presentation skills





· A ‘people person’ with an outgoing personality who shares our commitment to customer satisfaction while meeting personal goals

· Experience with ADP or CDK system is an asset but is NOT essential, as training is available

· A valid driver’s license
