This is a great fit for someone who knows the dealership service environment, understands how to build trust with customers, and can keep repair orders moving while delivering a strong customer experience. This is not an entry-level service role.

We’re looking for someone with previous OEM dealership experience who can step in, manage a busy service lane, and contribute to both customer satisfaction and department performance. What You’ll Do Greet customers and guide them through the service process Open, manage, and close repair orders accurately Explain recommended repairs clearly and professionally Work closely with technicians, parts,
