Mountain Technologies is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipper to support our operations team. This role will primarily focus on shipping outgoing products, while also supporting receiving and inventory activities as needed to help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Our ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace. You should be a quick learner with strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

Shipping

- Prepare and process outgoing shipments
- Pack products safely and accurately
- Prepare shipping domestic, US and international documents
- Coordinate courier and freight pickups
- Maintain shipping records and supplies

Receiving Support

- Receive and inspect incoming shipments
- Verify deliveries against packing slips and purchase orders
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items
- Organize and store incoming materials

Inventory Support

- Assist with inventory counts
- Maintain inventory records in ERP/MRP systems




- Support stock organization and replenishment

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory roles
- ERP/MRP experience is an asset
- Forklift certification is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Basic computer and math skills
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English clearly and effectively
- This is a physically active role in a warehouse environment, involving regular movement, lifting, and handling of materials, including items up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $18.25-$24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
