About the Role

We are looking for a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support the day-to-day shipping and receiving operations at our Maple Ridge, BC location.

This is a hands-on coordination role responsible for receiving incoming shipments, preparing outgoing orders, coordinating courier pickups and deliveries, maintaining accurate records, and supporting general warehouse and logistics activities.

No heavy lifting is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Prepare, package and label outgoing shipments.
- Coordinate courier pickups and deliveries.
- Verify shipment quantities, details and documentation.
- Report damaged, missing or incorrect shipments.
- Maintain accurate shipping, receiving and inventory records.
- Organize packing slips, shipping documents and related paperwork.
- Assist with basic inventory tracking and reconciliation.
- Keep the shipping and receiving area organized and orderly.
- Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Sales, Finance and other internal teams.
- Communicate with couriers, suppliers and vendors regarding shipments.
- Track deliveries and follow up on delays or issues.




- Escalate shipment discrepancies or delivery concerns as required.
- Support general warehouse and logistics activities.

Key Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, inventory or a similar role is an asset.
- Experience working with courier services and shipping documentation is preferred.
- Basic computer and data-entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping ability.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Reliable, punctual and able to manage daily priorities.
- Robust communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse and shipping environment.
- No heavy lifting required.

Success in This Role Success will be measured through accurate and timely processing of shipments, organized shipping and receiving operations, accurate documentation and inventory records, effective coordination with couriers and internal teams, and reliable follow-through on deliveries and shipment issues.

Pay: $18.25-$22.00 per hour
