SHOP MANAGER – LASER CUTTING & METAL FORMING

Are you an experienced manufacturing professional who knows how to keep a shop running efficiently?

We are looking for a Shop Manager with experience in laser cutting, press brake/forming, and metal manufacturing to join our team.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in laser cutting and metal forming
- Strong knowledge of material grades and thicknesses
- Experience with laser nesting and CNC programming
- Ability to create and modify press brake programs
- Strong quality control skills and attention to detail
- Forklift experience
- Ability to read and understand shop drawings
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with office/computer work and production coordination
- A hands-on approach and the ability to lead a shop team
