Keyholder is a customer service role responsible for providing excellent service while ensuring a healthy and safe work environment. Assist in the scheduling of staff and preparation of time and attendance reports. Assist the Manager or Assistant Manager in the day to day operations of the store and donation center. Assist the Store Manager in complying with all organizational image, security and safety practices according to policies and procedures.

Goodwill’s Policies and Health & Safety guidelines. Help to keep the donor area look clean, organized and protected Responsible for opening and closing tasks, which includes working evenings and weekends.

Flexibility: able to work at various times, including days, evenings, and weekends. Any experience is welcome—we will help coach you to gain these workplace skills: Communication: effectively speaking with and listening to team members and customers to create a positive workplace.
